Built for primary health centres in Nigeria

Every case
teaches the
next one.

Auriga Health runs the clinic day (queue, charting, lab and pharmacy) and shows clinicians how similar patients across Nigeria were treated and how they did. No patient's name ever leaves their clinic.

● HOW IT WORKS

From the front desk to the pharmacy counter.

One workspace for the whole clinic day, on a laptop, tablet or phone. Built to work on slow connections.

Step 1 · Check in and triageFront desk checks patients in with vitals. Everyone sees one live board, most urgent first.

A queue that runs itself

Check in, triage with vitals, and move patients along a board everyone can see.

Dictate, don't type

Speak a summary in English or Pidgin. The chart fills itself for you to check.

Learn from similar cases

See how similar patients across Nigeria were treated, and how they did.

Private by design

Names stay in the clinic. Shared cases are coded, banded and blurred when rare.

● THE NETWORK EFFECT

A network that learns from every clinic.

Each consultation a clinic finalises (with the patient's consent) becomes a coded, anonymous case. The next clinician with a similar patient sees what was done and how it turned out, in Lagos or in Maiduguri.

  • Matching you can explain: shared symptoms, diagnosis, age and place
  • Outcomes, not opinions: recovered, referred, died
  • Stronger with every clinic that joins

● PRIVACY

Privacy you can explain to a patient, and to a regulator.

Designed around Nigeria's Data Protection Act (NDPA 2023) from the first line of code.

Names never leave the clinic

Only coded symptoms, diagnosis, treatment and outcome are shared, never names, phones or notes.

Encrypted where it's stored

Names, phone numbers and addresses are encrypted in the database. Every look at a record is logged.

Rare cases are blurred

If fewer than five cases share an age group, place and month, those details are widened so no one can be singled out.

Recordings don't linger

Voice notes need the patient's agreement and are deleted after two days. Only the text stays with the chart.
